• Strong organized and time management skills: You can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter
• You master the English language
• You have strong communication skills and know how to adapt easily to a phone call or interview with a candidate

Desirable

• As a People and Recruitment Coordinator, you play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent while supporting recruitment processes
• You collaborate closely with hiring managers, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Being a sparring partner for hiring managers and working closely with them to hire the next top colleague
• Analyze recruitment KPIs and translate them into actions
• You actively adjust the recruitment process where necessary
• Publishing job postings, screening resumes, conducting screening calls, and interviews, actively following up and informing candidates
• Presenting Agriplace on the job market (online and offline)
• Actively approach candidates via LinkedIn and other channels and setting up talent pools
• Maintain a strong talent pool and relationships with external agencies
