Integrating with existing team ATSs, Lily automates the care sector reference collection process and deep-screens candidate CVs to unearth job-matching accolades that other systems might miss. Importantly, Lily reduces both the time between application and hire and the use of expensive recruitment agencies, saving time and money for overburdened care organisations.
