Who you are

2+ years of experience in RevOps or similar function
You have strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
You have extensive experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and are familiar with other Sales oriented applications
You have experience working with Business Intelligence tools and are capable of deriving insights from data
You have a good understanding of the commercial funnel and are able to adapt fast, in order to drive change
You are a strong and structured communicator and know your way around prioritization of tasks

What the job involves

At JOIN we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst that will partner with key stakeholders to drive growth efficiency & operational excellence across the whole go-to-market organization (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) through an array of enablement initiatives
Evaluate, challenge, and improve existing business processes
Utilize data to provide insights and support planning, forecasting, and strategy
Help the team create a bridge between Customer Success and Marketing, orchestrate campaigns for Marketing, gather insights about our Performance Marketing initiatives and suggest how to act upon them to improve conversion
Manage cross-platform workflow orchestration, ensuring consistency of information across our core GTM technologies
Evaluate the existing technology stack and review current needs, gaps, and removal requirements
Develop external training materials and help build the sales enablement collateral
