Senior Software Engineer, Stronghold

• You have a passion for fast-paced startups and are comfortable with the ambiguity they come with. You're self-driven, love to get things done and are a persistent, creative problem solver.
• You have 4+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years specialising in React Native with TypeScript
• You have a strong understanding of React Native state management solutions (e.g., Redux, React Query, Zustand, Legend State)
• You are proficient with full-stack development, including RESTful APIs or GraphQL, and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• You are proficient with Git or similar version control systems
• You are proficient with Android and iOS app release processes

Desirable

• You’ll help us define and execute our technical and product strategy.
• You’ll develop and maintain our cross-platform apps, ensuring a brilliant user experience for our customers.
• You’ll develop appropriate architectural designs and write clean, efficient, high-quality code.
• You’ll collaborate with others, including on technical design and code reviews.
• You’ll take ownership of the full lifecycle of our applications.
• You’ll establish baseline development workflows and best practices and establish a high-bar for future team members.
• You’ll lead the technical decision-making process around tools, architecture, and frameworks as the company scales.
