Brand Designer, Notion

• We’re seeking an experienced Brand Designer who can work across our in-house team and contractors to help bring dozens of projects to life — and can help our team reach exceptional outcomes
• We are also open to candidates with a motion background
• You have at least 5 years experience in an agency or in-house environment
• You have an outstanding portfolio of relevant work
• You demonstrate excellence in visual design and typographic skills
• You are a self-starter who brings new ideas to the table
• You possess strong presentation and communication skills
• You work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You have a desire to review work, mentor others, and co-create with partners from different backgrounds and expertises
• You have good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Desirable

• This role sits within the Creative Studio, a small team of designers, illustrators, and filmmakers serving creative needs across the company—from launch campaigns to our user conference "Make with Notion."
• You'll join a small team of designers and help to shape our identity, printed matter, social, merch, videos, events and more
• You'll craft every detail of branded projects, from initial idea through to production
• You'll create design systems and guidelines, finalize template and asset files for production
• You'll collaborate with teams across the company to bring initiatives and new products to market using novel design and storytelling solutions
• You'll develop a deep understanding of Notion's brand and help to expand and evolve it over time
