What the job involves

Join Polestar as Global Key Account Manager. Drive fleet sales across Europe, grow key customer partnerships and help more international customers choose electric performance
We are now looking for a Global Key Account Manager to join our Global Key Accounts team and strengthen Polestar’s presence with key customers across Europe
You will help drive our global key account sales objectives and play a central role in expanding the number of international fleet customers choosing Polestar
Your work supports our mission to accelerate the shift to sustainable electric performance, while staying close to customers, markets, and partners across the region
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Polestar’s global key account objectives in close collaboration with local market Fleet Sales teams
You will manage a defined set of global accounts, represent the Polestar brand to key stakeholders, and support growth across regions
Analyzing rate books and vehicle bandings to position Polestar competitively
Submitting tailored commercial terms that strengthen our position in tenders and negotiations
Coordinating and arranging vehicle demonstrations for customers and prospects
Maintaining accurate customer and prospect records in Salesforce
Leading the submission of global customer tenders as the single point of contact for Global Key Accounts

Polestar is a premium electric performance car brand based in Sweden as a joint venture between Volvo Cars and Geely Holdings. Founded in 2017, the company has cars on the road across Europe, North America and Asia.

What sets Polestar apart from other brands is its asset-light business model and a digital-first, direct-to-consumer approach, enabling customers to browse their products and place orders online without the need for a showroom or dealership.

With the rise in electric cars as a sustainable alternative to family cars, it’s clear to see that Polestar is in a great position. Despite this, rocky financial outlooks plagued the company in 2025, but were mostly turned around by impressive funding secured late that year. It's $600 million in funds will extend the company's operational runway into 2027 and help it ride out the wave into a more sustainable, greener future.
