B2B Partnerships Manager, Abundance360

• You have 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sponsorships, or event-based sales roles, with a preference for experience in high-end events, executive programs, or membership organizations.
• You have consistently met or exceeded revenue targets or quotas, and you are comfortable being measured on your sales performance.
• You are a strong writer and presenter, capable of crafting compelling proposals and building trust with senior executives and decision-makers.
• You can manage multiple partners, deadlines, and deliverables with precision, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
• You are comfortable in founder-led environments and can shift easily between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You are proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, and you thrive wearing many hats.

Desirable

• Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by building and managing a robust sponsorship pipeline. You will research and qualify new leads, execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns, and draft compelling proposals that align with our partners' strategic objectives. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close, with a focus on securing high-value sponsorships in the $100,000–$500,000 range. You will also manage renewal conversations with existing sponsors, gathering insights to continuously improve our offerings and value proposition.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for all cash sponsors, managing their experience from contract signing through post-event follow-up. This includes tracking and coordinating the delivery of all partnership benefits—visibility, signage, content integration, program integrations, and branded activations. You will ensure sponsors receive exceptional ROI and experience, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings and drive renewals. You will work closely with our Operations and Content teams to ensure seamless fulfillment, but you own the relationship and the sponsor's satisfaction.
• You will build and refine standard operating procedures for contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and fulfillment. You will improve automation and data flow across HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Drive, and you will document partner interactions and deliverables to ensure consistency and scalability. You will support the Head of Partnerships to identify and qualify opportunities across the full B2B ecosystem (exhibitors, in-kind partnerships, gifting and swag collaborations, affiliate relationships, and other creative partnership opportunities) to maximize value for Abundance360. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Operations, Content, and Tech teams to ensure seamless cross-functional support.
