Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field from a top-tier business or engineering school
- Training or internship in a business operations, consulting, or startup environment is preferred
- You are eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and aren’t afraid to get hands-on in different areas of the business
- You have strong problem-solving abilities and are comfortable analyzing data to help make informed decisions
- You can handle multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment
- Professional fluency in both French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners
- You are comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office), and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
What the job involves
- Sales and Customer Support: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from engaging with potential customers to closing deals, while also providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues
- Business Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations in France and Belgium, helping ensure smooth functioning across various departments (sales, legal, operations, and finance)
- Market Expansion: Participate in research, analysis, and execution of strategies for entering new markets. Help identify opportunities and work on developing go-to-market plans
- Process Optimization: Work with various teams to streamline internal processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Financial and Legal Support: Assist with financial reporting, basic legal compliance tasks, and contract management to help the company remain compliant and efficient
- Entrepreneurial Projects: Lead small projects, propose innovative ideas, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives

Habyt was born out of the complicated and frustrating experience of finding somewhere to rent. With Habyt, users pay a subscription (rent) and have access hassle-free co-living spaces across Europe.
As the leading co-living company in Europe, Habyt is now able to provide an unparalleled experience for digital nomads who might live in Berlin for 6 months, then in Madrid for 3 months, and so on. The company has grown rapidly through both organic and inorganic growth and is looking to continue with that strategy, particularly expanding into France, Italy and the U.K.
While the company has earned an army of advocates amongst young tech professionals, it remains to be seen whether Habyt will attract users from beyond that group to truly upend the global renting market.
