Machine Learning Software Engineer, Betteromics

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• We are looking for a Software Engineer proficient in:
• 5+ years experience in the full lifecycle of software products from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
• Experience with Machine Learning tools (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch,...) and building models in areas such as nlp, generative ai , deep learning neural nets
• Building scalable realtime multi-cloud hosted software services involving Kubernetes, GCP, Azure, AWS (or similar tools)
• Backend systems including Realtime search (Elasticsearch), Database (PostgreSQL), Datawarehouse (Snowflake,...), Cloud storage (S3, ...)
• High Dimensional data interpretation and visualization systems (Mode, Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, Plotly)
• General purpose data science and bioinformatics specific compute engines (Cromwell, Flyte, Nextflow, …)
• External Apis based on (gRPC, Graphql, REST, JSON, FastAPI, …)
