Role
Who you are
- An individual with some creative flair, willing to experiment and come up with new ideas to engage our network of luxury retailers- we give you all the space you need to do so!
- Enjoys collaborating with other members of the Zing team to report, discuss and activate our existing partners; working closely with our marketing team to come up with new, engaging content for our existing partners.
- Strong degree of self-management, being responsible for monitoring and keeping track on the performance of our partner brands across the watch, jewellery and luxury fashion industry
- Positive and personable individual who's able to maintain strong relationships with our network of luxury brands
- Ability to multitask and prioritise within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Desirable
- Have at least 1 year of B2B account management experience
What the job involves
- Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to come up with new and effective ways to engage our existing client base
- Identifying new opportunities to upscale and grow the revenue generated by each of our existing luxury partners brands
- Lots of in-person stuff! Whether this perspective client meetings, events and existing partner meetings
- Ability/willingness to generate performance reports on our partners- highlighting best practise, and ability to clearly and concisely present this both internally and externally
- Maintaining and nurturing the relationships between Zing and our portfolio of premium brands
- An element of business development where you will be required to carry out in multi-channel outreach and engage key businesses in the luxury fashion, jewellery and watch industry
