Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (i.e., Iterable, Appcues, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and performance measurement tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and drive results
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Data-driven decision-making approach with a passion for testing and optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate strategies and insights
- Comfort and enthusiasm working with data and spreadsheets
What the job involves
- As a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you develop and execute comprehensive strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- You leverage data-driven insights to craft personalized, multi-channel campaigns that guide customers through their lifecycle, ensuring they receive relevant messaging at the right time
- You lead a team and collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and customer success teams to optimize lifecycle programs, measure performance, and drive business impact
- Balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, you foster a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Develop and lead a multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing professionals, fostering career development and high performance
- Utilize customer data and behavioral insights to segment audiences and deliver personalized messaging
- Oversee the creation and optimization of automated workflows, customer journeys, and nurture campaigns
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver cohesive and personalized customer experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing efforts with broader company initiatives, including product launches and promotions
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously refine messaging, design, and targeting strategies
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure lifecycle program success and make data-driven optimizations
- Oversee campaign execution across email, SMS, in-app messaging, direct mail and other relevant channels
- Drive innovation in lifecycle marketing by evaluating and implementing new tools, strategies, and best practices
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Housecall Pro offers an all-in-one business management app for home-services professionals operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping businesses.
The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.
After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.
Indeed, the decision has been validated by the company’s 50% year over year growth since then, coupled with its major fundraising efforts and continued expansion within the US and Canada.
