- Ability to maintain effectiveness when working closely with people of diverse cultures or background
- Ability to effectively handle multiple activities and re-prioritize when necessary to ensure revenue goals are achieved
What the job involves
- Our Professional Information Business is looking for someone to source & build new business opportunities for the Americas Strategic sales team
- The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying new leads to set-up introductory meetings with members of the Americas Strategic sales team
- You will report to the Manager, Sales Development
- Call current and prospective clients to set-up meetings for our Professional Information Business suite of products
- Work with Sales Directors, Account Executives and Sales Specialists to create sales campaigns for specific segments. Identify target groups, build prospect lists and produce qualified sales leads through targeted campaigns
- Identify and qualify new leads to achieve and exceed personal and team revenue goals
- Develop necessary internal relationships with all parts of the Professional Information Business team (Data Strategy, Product, Marketing & Sales)
- Maintain records of sales calls, contacts and sales campaigns in the global CRM to provide management information
