What the job involves
- We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join us in supporting our Product organization. You'll work closely with leadership, collaborate cross-functionally with hard-working peers, and make a real impact on our growing SaaS company! In this role you’ll support the expense forecasting lead and the Cloud COGs forecasting lead, learning valuable skills that are directly transferrable to more advanced roles on the FP&A track
- Forecast and track both people and non-people related expenses for a large organization (e.g., software, professional services, contractors, travel, and other operating costs)
- Lead ARR forecasts and variance analysis; assist with analyst and market-research submissions
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, developing scalable models, tools, and dashboards to improve accuracy and efficiency of analysis
- Provide ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to support Product leadership decision-making
- Communicate complex financial insights in a clear and concise manner to both finance and non finance team members
