Who you are

This role requires a versatile content creator proficient in writing and video production, with a strong understanding of content marketing strategies
Proven experience in content creation or content marketing, with a strong portfolio of both video and written content

What the job involves

We are looking for a digital storyteller to drive content creation at Siro
You'll execute on the "They Ask, You Answer" framework
Manage a robust content calendar
Execute the "They Ask, You Answer" methodology to create consistent content that addresses customer queries and positions Siro.ai as an industry authority
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to produce engaging video content
Collaborate with our customers and partners to tell their Siro story
Manage end-to-end video creation, including writing scripts, working with our video editor, and publishing across social media platforms
Write and edit compelling blog posts, social media posts, and other marketing materials
Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand voice and messaging
Manage content distribution across various channels to maximize reach and engagement
Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
Main KPIs:
Increased traffic to our website and views on YouTube
Increased follower count on all social platforms
Consistent creation of 2-3 pieces of content per week

Our take

The activities of sales representatives are essential for maximizing the profits of a business, but it’s difficult to optimize this when there is no efficient way of tracking conversations. It is almost impossible to know exactly how long a sales rep pitches a product or exactly what they said, and this makes it difficult for businesses to improve their sales.

Siro provides a digital mobile and desktop app that facilitates the tracking and analysis of the conversations of sales reps and clients. The app records and transcribes sales conversations, providing a quantifiable footprint of every sales conversation which can then be analyzed by sales managers for improvements.

Whilst the recording and transcription software behind Siro is nothing new, the integrated approach to tracking sales conversations is one that has been untapped until now. The company claims that when used properly, its sales coaching system can reduce sales conversation time tenfold - giving Siro the potential to take sales coaching to a whole new level.
