- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities concurrently
What the job involves
- Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a meaningful role in building and configuring our HRIS (Workday)
- You’ll work closely with the broader People team, including Shared Services, Recruiting, HRBPs and Finance teams with the functional and technical skills to roll out and maintain sustainable solutions within our HR systems
- Designing and maintaining scalable and efficient system processes that support our rapid growth while delivering an excellent manager and employee experience
- Configuring and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, and security management
- Partnering with business and technical teams about integration design and maintenance
- Providing functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Providing training, demonstrations and documentation to business stakeholders with regard to our Workday HRIS
- Evaluating HRIS needs and propose new or modify existing HRIS functionality to meet changing demands
