Role
Who you are
- 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role within a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on lead generation, campaign optimisation, and marketing automation
Desirable
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (certifications are a plus)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, you enjoy working with data to uncover insights and drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A background or interest in mathematics, data analysis, or finance is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Zapier, or BI tools
- Experience working in a startup or scaling environment
What the job involves
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including email, paid search, social media, and display)
- Digital Campaign Management: Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager to align digital efforts with brand messaging and sales objectives
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop A/B tests and conversion optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance
- CRM & Email Marketing (HubSpot): Manage HubSpot for marketing automation, segmentation, email marketing, and performance tracking
- CRM & Email Marketing (HubSpot): Build and optimise workflows and nurture sequences to improve engagement and lead conversion
- CRM & Email Marketing (HubSpot): Maintain data quality and segmentation strategies for targeted outreach
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Own digital marketing dashboards and KPIs; track traffic, lead generation, conversion, and ROI across all channels
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Use analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) to generate actionable insights and inform campaign adjustments
- Reporting & Performance Analytics: Report regularly on channel performance and key trends to marketing leadership
- Website & SEO Strategy: Oversee website performance and manage ongoing updates alongside
