Role
Who you are
- 1-3 years sales experience in outbound based role as an SDR, AE or other telesales based role
Desirable
- Experience working with and closing sales to an executive level of talent (e.g. recruitment, b2b/b2c sales)
- Previous experience selling subscription based products or career led programmes
- You enjoy spending time with prospects, you're motivated by financial rewards and career progression at a fast moving, hyper growth startup
What the job involves
- You will be part of the team selling our 2 advisory products. The Transition to Portfolio being the main one
- Effective closing: You will lead prospects through the full sales cycle to close (360 approach)
- Diligent listening: You are a highly effective listener and able to pivot deftly to position the range of Connectd services to different client types
- Intellectually curious: You have a studious approach to the specialism, keeping abreast of developments with the executive space and can speak confidently around someone's career and future ambitions
- Passion and desire to work hard in order to make a real change in the early stage business ecosystem

- 30 minute alignment video call with our Talent & Culture Partner. We get to know a bit more about you and you can ask us any questions you may have.
- 60 minute video call with the Head of AEs and an AE Manager. Part of this will be a task and the other half will be a more formal interview.
