Senior Account Management Associate, Rula

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, onboarding, client services, or another customer-facing role
• Experience working in a B2B organization, preferably within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, HR technology, or SaaS
• Experience partnering with employee benefits brokers, consultants, or other channel partners to support employer clients and drive successful customer outcomes
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer relationships and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with external business partners

Desirable

• We're seeking a Sr. Account Management Associate to own the onboarding and ongoing success of employers with fewer than 3,000 employees
• In this role, you'll help employers launch quickly, navigate our Employer Portal, and access the tools and resources they need to successfully promote their Rula benefit
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employers, ensuring they have a seamless experience from onboarding through long-term engagement
• You'll partner closely with Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver customized communications, support employer campaigns, answer questions, and identify opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of the Rula benefit
