- 4-6 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and other video conferencing platforms
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience managing multiple calendars simultaneously
- Comfortable working with various travel platforms and websites to organize logistics for work related events and/or trips
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Bachelor's degree preferred
What the job involves
- We are looking for a sharp, intelligent, innovative, and hardworking person who can serve as an administrative assistant for the CEO office.
- This role is primarily responsible for supporting the CEO with administrative functions.
- Act as the point of contact for executives, clients and other external partners
- Able to manage multiple priorities across departments and collaborate with multiple teams
- Provide administrative assistance, such as coordinating/managing calendars, organizing meetings, taking meeting notes, writing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the CEO and executive team members
- Use various technology platforms, including MS/Google words, spreadsheets, presentation and other commonly used communication and PM tools like Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc
- Make travel arrangements for the executive team, when necessary
- Follow up on internal tasks and manage executive team projects
- Organize executive team meetings, town halls, quarterly business review meetings, etc
- Provide general administrative support to the organization
Our take
The rise of digital threats, such as ransomware, has resulted in a huge necessity for digital threat intelligence. However, data collection has not yet been innovated on this, resulting in the success of a service being dependent on the laborious task of sifting through massive amounts of data.
Cyware provides an open-source threat intelligence package that automatically collects and analyses cyber-threat data. This provides an efficient and accessible solution for security analysts to tackle threat intelligence challenges. Ultimately, it allows them to focus on acting on resolutions, rather than analysing the data to find solutions manually.
Whilst many software companies provide cyber intelligence analytic solutions, the open-source nature of Cyware allows security analysts to collaborate. As a result, the startup provides a means to identify and prevent malicious hacking at an unprecedented rate.
