Who you are
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives on social platforms, understands trends and wants to shape how creators show up on Tubi
- Recent graduate or early in your career
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGP etc.) and excitement about using them in your work
- Deep fluency with emerging and established creators and trends on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business, Communications, or related field
- You're AI-curious and willing to experiment with tools to figure out smarter and faster ways to get things done
- Passion for creators and trends. You have strong instincts about what makes a creator culturally relevant and what audiences actually respond to
- You communicate clearly and can translate what you're seeing in culture into actionable recommendations
- Highly collaborative and adaptable with a “solutions-first” mindset that brings curiosity, accountability, and creative problem-solving to every challenge

What the job involves
- This role is part of our Maker Program, an 18-month rotational experience designed for early-career talent looking to build foundational skills across marketing, creative, and consumer-facing functions
- As a Maker on the Creator Partnerships team, you will be watching creators and tracking trends to help drive creator acquisition decisions
- You will be helping build the cross-functional AI-enabled workflows and tools that let the team move faster and smarter
- Proactively identify emerging and established creators across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram who align with Tubi's creator strategy and priority fandoms
- Use AI tools to streamline creator research, surface trends, and prioritize creator outreach targets and compile data on creators (audience size, engagement, category fit, etc.)
- Serve as the team's Gen-Z lens by trends in creator culture and audience behaviour and share a point of view on creator talent
- Share trend reports that inform which creators to pursue and which formats are gaining traction
- Support Senior Managers in cross-functional collaboration with other teams, including Content Acquisition, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Comms for creator launches and exclusive activations
- Program Timeline: Minimum 18-month commitment, starting Aug 2026, after which successful participants will transition into non-rotational full-time roles
- Ommitted and available to work for the entire 18-month length of the program
