What the job involves

  • As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be part of a team changing how talent is recruited, managed and supported - throughout Scandit and beyond
  • Partner with our hiring managers to understand their talent needs and lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for commercial roles
  • Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures that decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria to reduce bias
  • Creatively scout, source & engage talent using traditional and creative means alike! Find the talent that isn’t looking to be found
  • Manage your open positions, candidates and resources on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse
  • Nurture talent over time to create an ecosystem of candidates who are interested in Scandit, skilled in their fields, and can be contacted for open positions as the organization grows
  • Work as an integral member of our wider People Team, where we celebrate not just the goals, but also the assists!

Our take

Scandit leverages the cameras found in smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other devices such as drones to enable direct interaction with products. Scandit technology enables the cameras on these devices to scan barcodes and other product data.

Supported by a successful $150 million raise, the company has continued to innovate in the area with its focus on the Microsoft Hololens and other wearable displays as ways to help streamline warehouses.

Augmented reality is forecast to become a huge industry in itself, and as one of the early movers in the space, Scandit is well placed to further capitalise on the trend.
