Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in roles that require ownership, coordination, and execution. This can include rotational programs, operations, finance, or product development. Industry experience in CPG, startups, or fast-paced environments a plus but not required
- No technical background required. We care more about your ownership, drive, and ability to get teams aligned and moving
- You are a self-starter with strong judgment and a proven track record of accountability. You don’t wait to be told what to do, and you’re energized by figuring things out
- You bring structure to chaos by breaking down complexity, asking the right questions, and keeping others focused on what matters
- You communicate clearly and confidently across stakeholders, internal and external, senior and peer-level

What the job involves
- The Global Product Team is responsible for all aspects of product development and design from ideation through production
- The team leads the company’s largest product initiatives through the creation, development, and testing of innovative, high-quality goods that will be sold to and experienced by customers all over the world
- Within the Product Team, the Program Management team is responsible for overall program scoping, driving cross-functional teams to define and execute development and design strategy, and ensuring all workstreams ladder up successfully to launch new products

- As a Product Program Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional workstreams and teams at all levels through thoughtful planning, execution, and support from concept through product launch
- You’ll manage a high volume of commercial initiatives and bundles
- Success in this role means being a doer who brings structure, builds relationships, and drives momentum across functions
- Drive execution across a high volume of product programs, primarily commercial and bundle initiatives, from scoping through launch
- Lead cross-functional teams through development planning, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure deliverables align with business goals
- Collaborate across product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales to move work forward quickly and efficiently
- Work with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers throughout development
- Clearly communicate updates, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, tailoring messages to different audiences
- Identify and implement workflow, tool, or process improvements that enable faster, more efficient execution
Our take
Harry's shot onto the scene in 2012 with the simple idea of great razors at fair prices. And at a time when buying blades felt like taking out a small loan, Harry's built a direct-to-consumer brand that made men's shaving feel modern and affordable. So, what started as an online upstart quickly grew into a serious player, landinow on the shelves of major retailers and one of the best known names in men's grooming.
The road hasn't been entirely smooth as in 2020, a planned billion-dollar sales to Edgewell Personal Care (the owner of brands like Schnik) was blocked by the Federal Trade Commission on competition grounds. At the time, this looks like a major setback, however, it have Harry's the room to keep building on its own terms. Instead of folding into a legacy giant, the company doubled down on growth, raised fresh capital and continued to expand its reach in retail and product lines.
Now, the company isn't just a small startup taking on the razor establishment. It has broadened its grooming range well beyond blade, built a loyal customer base, and proved it can compete both online and in-store. What began as a challenger brand has evolved into a mainstay of the men's personal care aisle.
