- Expertise in org design and goal setting frameworks (i.e. OKRs)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills across a diverse group of executives, leaders, and team members
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
What the job involves
- An HR Business Partner or People Business Partner creates and implements People solutions that ensure we succeed in the direction of our mission
- It is critical to the ongoing support and enablement of multiple function leaders
- They partner with leadership and other BP’s to support people-related issues (e.g. org design, workforce planning, engagement, compensation, employee relations, leader onboarding, coaching and org development, etc)
- They build an environment where individuals and teams can do their best work and deliver results
- Build a world-class talent culture that attracts, retains, and develops top performers
- Define a leadership development strategy / succession plans and deliver executive coaching to your business leadership team(s)
- Design and implement a strategic annual workforce & staffing plan
- Balance the needs of team members, functional business unit, the People Team, and the company
- Provide regular, data-based guidance to leaders and individual contributors (performance management, talent development, leadership coaching, engagement, ER / investigations / compensation, etc)
