Product Designer, Figma

• This role requires a designer who is both highly strategic and deeply detail-oriented

• Are highly skilled in visual and interaction design, with a strong attention to detail and craft

• This unique role spans two of the three groups within Monetization, requiring someone who can navigate complex systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive high-quality design across a range of business-critical surfaces
• From refining our billing and invoicing experiences to shaping the future of Figma’s monetization strategy, this designer will have the opportunity to influence how we grow and scale while ensuring our user experience meets Figma’s high craft bar
• Shape the future of monetization by contributing to product strategy and design direction
• Craft compelling narratives around product opportunities, using storytelling to align teams and drive impact
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research to tackle complex problems
• Design and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance business needs with exceptional user experience
• Own and ship high-quality product improvements
