- Robust analytical skills and experience with CRM and sales software (e.g., SFDC, Gong)

- Experience growing teams from inception to scale (0 to 1 to 10)
What the job involves
- We're hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in person at our SoHo office. As we aggressively expand our sales efforts, you'll recruit, coach, and train a burgeoning team of Account Executives. You'll also maintain robust reporting and optimize processes to maximize efficiency
- Mastery of Posh's Sales Ecosystem: Gain in-depth knowledge of Posh's unique sales processes, messaging strategies, and product offerings. This expertise will enable you to coach your team and drive sales performance effectively
- Advanced Leadership Development: Enhance your leadership skills through hands-on team management and development. Learn to inspire, motivate, and guide a diverse sales team toward achieving common goals
- Strategic Sales Target Achievement: Play a crucial role in Posh's growth by empowering a team of killer sellers to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. Your contributions will directly impact the company's market penetration and overall success
- Sales Process Innovation: Develop and implement scalable sales processes and best practices to adapt to the company's rapid growth and changing market conditions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Learn to work effectively with other departments such as marketing, product, community, and customer success to align sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Enhance your analytical skills by using CRM and sales software to track metrics, manage the sales funnel, and make informed decisions to optimize team performance

Founded by two NYU "dropouts", the platform has rapidly expanded, now serving over 2 million users and processing more than $80 million in transactions. With a recent large round in venture funding, POSH plans to continue enhancing its platform with new features and improved user experiences, positioning itself as a leader in the event planning industry.
