Who you are

What the job involves
- This job is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience
- The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals
- You will lead the development, operation and maintenance of multiple enterprise services, such as enterprise identity management or integration services between WellSky solutions and state visit verification partners
- In each case you have ownership of the enterprise service as well as the adoption of the service across multiple WellSky products in various business units
- Drive strategic direction of product development; ensure consistent execution of solution lifecycle processes from concept to launch within established product scope
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for solution innovation and differentiation
- Develop effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity
- Maintain a rolling 4-quarter product roadmap and lead quarterly planning efforts to develop tactical commitments that support the strategic roadmap and can be executed with a high level of fidelity
- Lead the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning
- Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize results, and drive continuous improvement
- Perform other job duties as assigned

Nowadays, roughly 75% of US blood supplies are tested through WellSky clients, and over 100,000 in-patient admissions for behavioral health, rehab, and long-term acute care are processed through the company each year. Wellsky's success has largely depended on staying at the front of tech innovations, which has seen it secure multiple successful funding rounds and numerous high-profile partnerships.
WellSky continues its legacy of medical partnerships to this day and has integrated seamlessly into the complex private healthcare ecosystem of the US. It has also made a number of acquisitions, for example of Experience Care, HCS and Bonafide, to continue shoring up its offering for the changing market.
