Role
Who you are
- Ability to manage and develop high value large corporate accounts. Day to day servicing, data accuracy, attention to detail, timeliness, proactivity and communication are integral
- Engaging communication style with a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding the markets our clients operate in
- Proven ability to read, understand and turn numbers into compelling stories and actionable recommendations. Experience with Microsoft Office required
- You’ll have a fascination for consumers, how they behave and the choices they make combined with commercial competence and the willingness to help our business grow
- You’ll have an ability to take on and deal with change comfortably helping you to adapt to the fast-paced changing environment
- You will feel comfortable talking to and working with client contacts across different seniority levels, up to Director/VP level – you are able to communicate insights confidently and compellingly
- Previous experience working in the technology and telecoms industries will be beneficial as your role will be focused on these areas, in particular consumer electronics
- Collaboration skills – this role will require you to work with a wide range of colleagues across different cultures

As a Client Manager in the technology industry, an entrepreneurial flair will be beneficial, as is the experience and enthusiasm to work across multiple different projects across different areas as they arise
- Leverage our world-class consumer panel data to craft compelling, data-driven stories that inspire clients to make informed and successful decisions. Working with Kantar ComTech in a global role gives you access to some of the world’s largest brands such as Samsung, Apple, Google and more
- As the primary point of contact for our EU based clients, we are looking for someone who has experience managing accounts with major corporations, shaping deliverables, and spotting and converting commercial opportunities

- In this Global Client Manager position you’ll grow your technology and telecoms industry knowledge whilst developing your analytical ability to build stories for our clients that inspire them to make successful decisions using our world class consumer panel data
- You’ll be meeting your client contacts, building strong relationships with them to understand and answer their key business questions. To help achieve this we’ll develop and train you to use our tools and solutions to analyse data, develop insight and create presentations that communicate your point of view and recommendations
- Another key responsibility for all our client service team is spotting and developing commercial opportunities that come about through embedding ourselves in our client’s businesses – our goal and passion is to become an extension of their team, delivering best in class insights with the best solutions

It is operating in 90 markets and manages over 2 billion data profiles in almost every industry, from automotive to telecoms.
