Who you are
- 2+ years experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects
- Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions preferred
- Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in adverse environments
- Polished and fluent communication skills in English and one other European language
- Exceptional ability to build credibility with clients and close new business

What the job involves
- The Account Executive role at NinjaOne is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives and focuses on small and mid-market accounts in NinjaOne's current customer base
- NinjaOne AEs spend their time engaging with interested prospects, managing sales cycles to help potential customers evaluate our product and closing revenue
- No prospecting, as we leave that to our world-class Account Management and Marketing teams
- This is a strategic role which will contribute significantly to the success of NinjaOne
- You will be responsible for closing cross sell and up sell business with your main focus on closing qualified leads
- Core responsibilities include territory planning, relationship development, running sales cycles, pricing, presentation delivery, negotiations and closing
- Qualify prospective customer accounts to build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects to achieve monthly sales goals
- Become a trusted guide on NinjaOne's products and conduct discovery calls, presentations and demos with prospects
- Conduct reoccurring competitor analysis and be up to date on market and industry trends
- Negotiate opportunity terms, discounts and implementation with leadership approval for below-threshold discounts
- Demo the product to prospects
- Manage sales cycles to help customers evaluate Ninja's product and close revenue
- Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed a monthly quota in a defined territory
- Other duties as needed

The platform helps enhance security measures and ensure optimal performance across various endpoints through a variety of products from vulnerability patch management to cloud backups for multi-tenants. It is also able to protect users logging into IT systems remotely, making it a valuable option to the large roster of companies embracing remote work.
Since founding in 2013, NinjaOne has grown both its team and customer base substantially, and now serves the like of NVIDIA, Nissan and HelloFresh. A grand influx of funding will allow the company to hyper-focus on its customer support, especially in remote form, and continue to develop its products and automations.
