What the job involves
- We are looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager to act as the crucial bridge between our customers and our rapidly evolving product. Because our platform introduces fundamentally new AI capabilities, you will be responsible for guiding customers through uncharted territory and helping them transform their daily workflows. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to ensure that frontline customer needs directly shape our technical roadmap
- Consistently meet with customers to proactively uncover additional tasks and workflows that can be automated within our platform
- Conduct deep discovery by drilling down into customer problems to validate their impact and design solutions using our AI products
- Manage pilot programs with strong project management skills to successfully guide deals to closure
- Train and onboard customers, providing the extreme hands-on guidance they need to navigate cutting-edge tools
- Relay exceptionally clear business problems and comprehensive technical details to the EPD teams when customers face blockers

LLM-based agents can be deployed to help streamline marketing, and the platform also supports AI decisioning. This comprehensive suite enables Hightouch to serve a range of businesses such as Spotify, Docusign, Warner Music Group, Grammarly and Autotrader.
