Who you are

**Two years of experience in B2C growth marketing**
A **reliable, consistent, and process-driven** approach to marketing execution
Strong skills in **email marketing, copywriting, and A/B testing.**

Experience managing and optimising a marketing channel with a focus on **continuous improvement.**

What the job involves

Essentially, managing a large variety of marketing execution and delivery activities
**Email marketing** – Managing and optimising campaigns, monitoring performance (open rates, CTR, A/B tests, etc.), and improving engagement
**Copywriting** – Writing compelling marketing copy, potentially leveraging AI tools to refine messaging
**A/B testing** – Running structured experiments across different channels and optimising based on data
**Direct mail** – Managing offline marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention
**Website updates** – Making small changes and updates in **Webflow** to improve landing pages and conversions
**Partnership marketing** – Supporting setup, communications, and ongoing management of partner marketing initiatives
**Trade shows & events** – Assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of industry events
**LinkedIn & newsletters** – Managing partner communications and LinkedIn content strategy
