Who you are
- This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, marketing-savvy individual eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B demand generation and sales enablement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in B2B demand generation, engagement marketing, and sales enablement
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Nav is a plus (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What the job involves
- ServiceUp is transforming vehicle repair management for fleets and insurance carriers, and we’re looking for a Demand Marketing Intern to help drive awareness and engagement with key prospects
- You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach campaigns, optimize engagement strategies, and leverage tools like Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to build brand presence and drive demand
- Assist in executing demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and interest among target audiences
- Use Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and track interactions
- Support outbound marketing efforts by crafting compelling messaging for prospect engagement
- Monitor engagement data and provide insights to optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain and update prospect interactions in HubSpot, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales efforts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine audience targeting and engagement tactics
- Help develop marketing automation workflows to nurture and engage prospects effectively
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance demand generation strategies
- This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in demand marketing, helping drive engagement and support sales efforts within an innovative automotive tech company
- This is a part-time internship (20 hours per week) with the possibility for extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs
Our take
Vehicles repairs are still managed through a mix of phone calls, emails, spreadsheets, and disconnected repair shops, making it hard for fleets and insurers to track costs and monitor progress. ServiceUp simplifies that process by bringing everything into one platform. From managing repairs and estimates to tracking jobs in real time, it gives customers a single place to oversee the entire repair process.
The platform connects fleets with repair shops, standardizes communication, and gives customers visibility into every job. It also recently expanded into Class 4-8 commercial vehicles, meaning businesses can now manage light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles through the same system, making it especially useful for mixed fleets.
With the company recently raising $55, bringing its total funding to $70M, showing just how strong demand is for this sort of approach. Now the company plans to expand into new markets and continue developing its platform, putting it in a prime position as fleets increasingly look for more efficient ways to manage repairs.
