Who you are
- A proven track record in an administrative, operations, or office management role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with tools like G-Suite, Slack, project management platforms, and CRM systems
- A positive and adaptable attitude, ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team

- Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
- Knowledge of logistics related to international office openings or operational expansions in Europe
- Familiarity with HR processes, such as employee management systems or drafting employment contracts
- Fluency in another European language, especially German
- A passion for clean energy and sustainability
What the job involves
- Support new team members through onboarding processes, including equipment setup, account access, and company orientation
- Assist with HR processes such as preparing job contracts, and maintaining employee management systems
- Organise international travel bookings for team members, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to handle administrative tasks such as collecting payment information from new clients, team expenses management, receipt reconciliation and assisting with vendor onboarding
- Support ongoing operational projects, including logistics for opening new offices in international locations
- Provide high-quality administrative assistance to our Executive team (who are based both in the U.K. and Australia), including scheduling, international travel planning, and preparing reports
- Manage ad hoc administrative projects to facilitate decision-making and execution at the leadership level
- Coordinate with vendors and landlords for smooth facility operations and lease management
- Coordinate with marketing teams on matters such as merchandise, gifts and ordering of supplies (ie business cards) ensuring that there are adequate supplies at all of our global locations
