Head of Sales, Clerk Chat

• You're a dynamic leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution
• You have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams, and you're passionate about transforming how businesses communicate
• 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director-level role
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales, preferably in communications or enterprise software
• Experience with both direct sales and partner channel development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellence in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations
• Background in building sales processes and implementing sales tools/CRM systems
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills at both executive and technical levels
