Who you are

- 2–3 years of coordination or administrative experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. You stay calm under pressure and respond thoughtfully in real time
- Clear and thoughtful written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with a strong sense of audience and tone
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts with focus and flexibility
- A high-context, highly collaborative mindset. You take initiative, stay curious, and elevate the process for everyone involved
- Embraces change and ambiguity as part of building something great - brings structure to unstructured situations and stays proactive when systems or priorities evolve
- Comfort with complex software tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Ashby) and eagerness to learn new ones
- Bonus: Experience with high-volume scheduling in a Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar capacity
What the job involves
- This is a 6 month temporary role with potential to extend based on business needs
- As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ironclad, you’ll be a core member of the team – bringing structure to complexity, anticipating roadblocks before they arise, and ensuring the candidate experience reflects the best of who we are
- Recruiting Coordination at Ironclad is a strong launchpad for high-performing, curious people
- Several past RCs have grown into new roles within Recruiting Operations, People, and Workplace teams—or expanded their scope into programs like onboarding and enablement
- In this role, you’ll be embedded across the hiring process, collaborating directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- You’ll gain visibility into how strong hiring decisions are made and sharpen durable skills in recruiting, operations, stakeholder management, and candidate experience
- Own and orchestrate all aspects of interview logistics, from scheduling to communication to day-of coordination, with precision, care, and a high attention to detail
- Maintain visibility across the full recruiting calendar, balancing multiple functions and time zones
- Deliver a thoughtful, seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to proactively solve challenges and improve interview logistics
- Bring a team-oriented mindset to every interaction, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Contribute to recruiting programs and cross-functional projects that elevate candidate experience and operational excellence such as improving team processes, onboarding, or interviewer enablement

Business contracting is often inefficient and messy, with approvals required from various stakeholders and many processes still paper-based. Ironclad is a platform that digitises, automates, and streamlines contract workflows, allowing legal teams to focus on legal work rather than paperwork. Its platform features collaborative tools that facilitate business operations and extract and catalogue contract metadata, making information easier to access and act upon. Its enterprise customers include Dropbox, Mastercard, Pixar, Fox, and L’Oréal.
Despite its success, Ironclad faces competition in the $3 billion contract lifecycle management industry from major players like DocuSign and emerging ones like Contractbook. The company recently announced Ironclad Signature, marking its entry into the $25 billion eSignature market. The new feature speeds up the signature process by an estimated 80% and provides summaries and approval histories to users. This new tool is expected to strengthen Ironclad's position in the sell-side contract lifecycle management market.
Additionally, Ironclad introduced value-based pricing, charging only for completed, signed agreements, unlike other providers who charge for every signature packet sent out. Ironclad, backed by investors like Accel, Sequoia, Y Combinator, and BOND, remains committed to innovating and maintaining its leadership in the contract lifecycle management space.
