Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a master planner with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset, deep familiarity with creative workflows, and a passion for bringing order to creative chaos
- 10+ years of experience in account management, creative operations, or project management—ideally in an agency or in-house creative environment
- Proven track record managing digital-first campaigns and deliverables, with bonus points for experience in video and print
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Workfront, Asana, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Cloud, Slack, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to tell clear stories through presentations, spreadsheets, and written word
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and refine systems over time
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—you know how to keep everyone aligned without slowing down the work
- Deep understanding of agency-style workflows, timelines, and team dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Senior Manager to help bring clarity, structure, and momentum to our growing marketing and creative team
- In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our creative process—leading cross-functional coordination, optimizing workflows, and ensuring we deliver high-quality creative work on time and on budget
- You’ll partner closely with brand planning, design, copy, growth, legal, finance and media, and external vendors to manage end-to-end creative production
- The opportunity here is to be the architect of the system – designing the ideal workflow and process – and then running it
- Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, including digital campaigns, social content, video, and print
- Oversee resource management and capacity planning across the creative team, ensuring optimal utilization of internal and external talent
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between creative, growth and media, and other cross-functional teams
- Propose, implement, and document scalable workflow processes that drive efficiency and clarity
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Identify project risks and blockers early, and implement solutions to keep work on track
- Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, and postmortems, ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout
- Ensure all creative output aligns with project goals, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations
- Own vendor management and contracting
Our take
Mental health issues affect about 20% of Americans, so there’s an immense need for qualified mental healthcare in the US. However the vast majority of therapists don’t accept insurance due to the prohibitive administrative workload involved. This leaves therapy out of reach for many Americans. So it’s no surprise that the Grow Therapy platform has seen skyrocketing popularity since it was founded in 2020.
Grow Therapy helps therapists open their own in-network practices, providing the technology, support, and resources to tackle the extra operational workload that would allow them to take insurance. It’s live across a number of states, and works in partnership with all the major insurance payers including Humana, Aetna and Cigna.
The company is competing with larger rivals like Alma and Quartet Health, but this should be a big enough market for several major participants. Grow has secured good funding that supported the launch of its enhanced measurement-informed care system, which will help improve the care experience for clients and providers and make value-based behavioral care accessible for more patients.
