Who you are
- 1+ years of experience in building design systems (including typographic scales, color palette, iconography, illustrations, and micro-interactions)
- 2+ years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interface design
- Excellence in visual design / Brand craft
- Enjoys being in the details of implementing and designing perfect UI elements
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in creating intuitive interfaces and innovative features that enhance our users' productivity
- This person will partner with both Core Product and Growth Product to support the design and development of the platform experience and marketing journey's
- You will lead the creation of new shared patterns and apply systematic thinking to elevate and harmonize our product interfaces and UX
- Spearhead the development of our next-generation design system, setting new standards for visual excellence and consistency across all product interactions
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and others to integrate these advancements seamlessly, enhancing the overall user experience
- You will work with engineers closely to ensure perfect implementation of components
- Curate and maintain a centralized repository of design guidelines and UI components in Figma and Storybook
- Create UI components, icons, illustrations, improve typescales and color palettes over time
- Craft prototypes of microanimations and design patterns
- Architect consistent and flexible design patterns

In contrast to most of the austere, pared-back tools you might find in the workplace, it takes a playful approach, with its programs looking more like fun consumer-focused apps while still being fully-featured.

However its advantage comes from its unified platform which encourages users to stay in ClickUp's ecosystem rather than look outside for other tools. Indeed, the vast majority of its users utilise three or more of its products. This has led to strong success in its market, with over 800,000 teams using the platform in enterprises such as IBM, logitech and Spotify.
ClickUp has been the beneficiary of a significant amount of investment, which it has used to develop its product and expand internationally. As it grows its footprint in Asia and Europe, where nearly half of its customers are based, it has also unveiled a new version of its platform which integrates AI writing and advanced search tools. The company is well poised to deliver on its vision of becoming the one app to replace them all.
