Digital Marketing Manager, Lightship

• 4+ years of email marketing and customer data / CRM management experience
• Experience in Direct To Consumer, ideally in the automotive, EV, RV, or outdoor industries
• Possess a passion for and/or belief in the power of travel - as well as sustainability
• Track record of managing performance or prospecting tactics and spend

• Lightship is looking for a Digital Marketer for our team that can turn data into relationships, contacts into customers, prospects into contacts, and help us act/be/feel genuinely connected 1-to-1 with our audiences
• You will help set the strategy and directly manage the efforts and results, working as part of the broader marketing, brand and commercial teams
• You bring solid data and analytics experience, mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot), strong written communication skills, and at least have an appreciation and understanding for a brand-enhancing approach to connecting and converting
• Led by our Marketing Director, you’ll contribute to the planning of objectives against product, customer, marketing & sales moments that make the calendar through the year. Elevating our direct-to-consumer connection and delivering compelling journeys through email - automation, initiative, brand, etc
• Lead the strategy, planning and execution of our 1-to-1 email marketing, working as part of the team against overall and individual area objectives to help us achieve sales and brand objectives
• Manage and optimize the connection and engagement with our audiences, driving with analytics and data that will help us learn and grow
• Drive the overall schedule and opportunities via email, working directly with the marketing and creative teams to optimize all efforts - connecting digital and physical
• Create meaningful connections with the audience we have, extend that knowledge to help us achieve growth goals
• Optimize and maximize the power of our CRM tool, assuming the lead for how we use that information across the business
• Extend customer and creative knowledge to help extend strategies and approach via limited (currently) performance media marketing
