Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle strategic B2B technology sales. A track record in the human data industry is a plus
- A strong understanding of how large organizations buy—especially within AI Research, Product, and Technical Program Management functions
- Fluency with AI/ML trends, including RLHF, user-in-the-loop evaluation, and human-centered product design
- Experience running multi-threaded deals with complex stakeholder groups (e.g., product leaders, research ops, legal/procurement, and technical buyers)
- Strong discovery, qualification, and collaboration skills—grounded in value-based selling while earning the credibility and trust of pioneers of AI research
- High empathy, accountability, and cross-functional teamwork with Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Leadership, etc
What the job involves
- Prolific’s Enterprise team works with developers of proprietary AI models that are on the leading edge of innovation in the industry
- Our Enterprise Account Executives are technically adept, comfortable and competent in science-forward conversations with AI / ML researchers, and catalysts for action.
- In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving customer growth, executive sponsorship, and value delivery for the companies making headlines every day
- Own and drive net-new and expansion sales cycles within named frontier AI labs, targeting AI Research, Product, and Executive teams actively building AI capabilities
- Understand customer workflows and pain points - positioning Prolific as the source of high-integrity human data for model training, evaluation, and experience design
- Map and multi-thread enterprise buying groups to build trust, identify champions, and mitigate risk across stakeholders
- Partner closely with Services, Success, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Leadership to shape proposals, pilots, and post-sale success plans
- Report pipeline metrics, deal health, and forecasting to sales leadership with rigor and clarity
- Act as the voice of the enterprise customer - bringing feedback to Marketing and Product to refine our messaging, pricing, and roadmap
- Collaborating in person in our San Francisco office and on customer campuses across the West Coast (as well as occasional events, conferences, and trips to other Prolific offices)

Founded in 2014, Prolific is a marketplace and data analysis company that provides researchers with a network of test participants. From eye-tracking to human-facing AI applications, Prolific’s network acts as both a recruiter for test participants and as a marketplace for researchers scientists to hire said participants.
Founded in 2014, it’s already used by the likes of Google, Stanford, Oxford and Kings College London Universities to test new AI products, providing “stress tests” for its clients. Prolific’s user base now counts over 2000 potential test subjects, whilst researchers leverage its network to launch surveys, tests and evaluation tasks every 2 minutes.
An indicator of Prolific’s success is maintaining of profitability for years after its initial Y Combinator investment. In 2024, it raised $32 million in Series A to maintain its healthy position. This funding will allow it to expand its operations.
