Frontend Staff Software Engineer, Parloa

• Proven track record as a Staff Software Engineer (ideally you have worked in a Staff role for 4+ years already)
• Expertise in designing, developing, and operating high-performance, low-latency software systems for real-time processing and streaming data
• Deep proficiency in React, NextJS, and TypeScript, with a focus on architecting scalable, maintainable, and testable solutions
• Strong foundation in front-end technologies, including HTML, SCSS, and a commitment to accessibility standards and best practices
• Advanced knowledge of API design principles (RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL) for efficient and scalable data flow solutions
• Mastery of testing methodologies and tools (e.g. Playwright/Cypress, react-testing-library, jest/vitest) within a test-driven development environment
• Deep understanding of how product analytics can drive user-centric insights and create business value
• Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments, consistently delivering high-quality, scalable code while driving impactful projects to successful completion
• Demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills, effectively communicating and working seamlessly across cross-functional teams to achieve shared business objectives
