Growth Marketing Manager, SearchLand

• About You : You’re a creative and analytical thinker who can balance day-to-day delivery with long-term planning. You enjoy working autonomously and are confident in taking initiative - but you’re also comfortable getting feedback and collaborating with others. You’re a generalist at heart but have a sharp eye for what moves the needle
• 3+ years in a marketing or growth marketing role, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
• Proven track record of running successful revenue-driving marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid, organic, email, content, etc.)
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• This job role will be working with our sister company Buildscout.
• Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the founder and sharing insights with the wider team
• Develop, lead and execute a full-funnel growth marketing strategy, aligned to our growth goals
• Identify and test new growth opportunities across channels, from paid to organic to partnerships
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta) to deliver qualified leads and ROI
• Own social media content strategy and execution to drive awareness and engagement
• Keep public-facing platforms up-to-date, including the website and landing pages
• Represent Buildscout at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, leading pre- and post-event marketing
• Write high-impact copy across ads, email campaigns, landing pages and social channels
• Develop and evolve our brand story, visual identity and messaging as we scale
• Track performance, report on key metrics, and use data to continuously optimise campaigns
