Desirable

• The Senior Coordinator, Workplace Experience will support our Austin, TX office, primarily in providing administrative and operational support to employees
• Ensure that you are meeting the workplace experience standards for the Austin, TX Office which includes but is not limited to - managing the kitchen and pantry, ordering and stocking cleaning supplies and snacks, trash removal, and maintaining the coffee/beverage machines
• Additionally, you will be employees’ and visitors’ first point of contact and provide administrative support for the People Team
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering new inventory, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required with prior approval from the Senior Manager
• Organizing and liaising with various vendors including but not limited to the building, cleaning, and external partners to ensure office compliance, cleanliness, and safety
• Managing and reviewing mail and packages to ensure timely reviewal and retrieval for personnel
• Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding by serving as a point of contact for the People Team to employees
• Monitoring workplace requests and workplace attendance through Eden
• Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
• Coordinating and supporting office events and onsite meetings
