• Proven experience leading a team of developers through successful software projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to convey technical information to a wide variety of audiences
• Solid understanding of development processes, testing, and CI/CD best practices
• Experience delivering horizontally scalable applications and microservices

• Solution-oriented and constructive mindset and ability to manage ambiguity

• Enhance team growth through effective mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback, while fostering a mutually supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment
• You model lead-by-example excellence, provide high-quality code reviews and design feedback, and work to drive technical alignment in challenging areas
• Lead the way to develop performant, scalable, and maintainable applications, ensuring high technical quality and operational excellence in your area
• Collaborate closely with other teams, architects, product managers, and engineering leaders to align approaches and priorities
