What the job involves
- You will establish, refine, and propagate best practices in account management, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer experiences across regions, driving continuous improvement through training, mentoring, and systematic performance measurement
- Design account management processes with a focus on high-quality customer journey touch points (e.g. qualification, consultation, onboarding, reporting, account planning, QBR, NPS)
- Roll out innovative, customer-centric approaches in account management practices
- Create a template for account management success cases sharing. Establish a process for promoting these cases internally
- Drive process adaption, implement regular feedback sessions for account managers and conduct individual mentoring
- Define a measurement system for account management excellence
- Design skill development guidelines and arrange skill development programs
- Build a robust onboarding program for new account managers
