Who you are
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability

- Prior experience with Concur and NetSuite will be a plus
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently without compromising on quality
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an accounting role with experience in expense reports, month end close process and accounts payable processing
What the job involves
- This role primarily involves managing the Company's accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and treasury transaction processing
- Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing journal entries, managing vendor invoices, and ensuring all balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled at month-end
- Reporting to the Sr Accounting Manager, this position will collaborate closely with senior accounting team members on various financial activities as needed
- Process vendor invoices and ensure proper approval and coding
- Prepare weekly payment batches for management approval
- Support the Account Receivables team to process transactions
- Support the Accounting team during the monthly financial close process, including preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the annual financial audit and interim review procedures carried out by the Company’s external auditors

HeartFlow was founded in 2007 and is a medical equipment manufacturer that uses CT-scanned 3D modelling to assess and analyze a patient's arteries. This noninvasive process can help assess the risks of heart disease and strategize the appropriate treatment.
HeartFlow has had a long history of awards and innovations. In 2021, it brought its technology to the NHS in England and in October 2022, introduced a plaque analysis service. As time has gone on, Heartflow has indicated that it is keeping up with technological advances and finding new ways to provide heart health services through them.
HeartFlow successfully launched its IPO in 2021 but faced a setback when its merger with Longview Acquisitions was called off in 2022 due to unfavourable market conditions. Despite this, the company has made a strong comeback and recently unveiled its next-generation plaque analysis AI, demonstrating its continued commitment to innovation and growth.
