Company mission
to empower people to push their limits and pursue their passions by improving their physical and mental wellness.
Role
Who you are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong interest in paid social and performance marketing
- Very detail-oriented. You catch the broken link or wrong UTM before it goes live
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), including pivot tables and basic formulas
- Analytical mindset: you like finding the "why" behind the numbers and can explain it simply
Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (personal, school or freelance projects count)
- Familiarity with creative analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Motion, GA4)
- Interest in wellness, beauty or DTC brands
What the job involves
- We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical intern to join our paid social team. Reporting to our Paid Social Manager, you'll focus on two things: Setting up Meta ads accurately and pulling performance data to find insights that shape what we test next. You'll leave with hands-on experience in both the setup and the analysis sides of performance marketing through paid social channels
- Build and launch Meta ads. Set up campaigns, ad sets and ads in Meta Ads Manager, including audiences, placements, copy, UTMs and naming conventions
- QA every launch. Check links, copy, creative specs and tracking before ads go live
- Prep assets for launch. Receive final creative from our agency partners, confirm it meets platform specs and feedback has been addressed
- Pull performance data. Pull regular reports on key metrics such as spend, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and others from Meta and our analytics tools
- Turn data into insights. Spot trends in what's working and what isn't (hooks, formats, messages, audiences) and summarize them clearly for the team
- Track creative tests. Keep our testing log up to date and document results so learnings carry into the next round of creative
Our take
Supplements are commonplace in gyms across the world, with many brands providing protein powders, foods, and pre-workout drinks to enhance physical performance. Despite the popularity of these supplements, there is a lack of products on the market that focus on improving mental wellness through supplements for day to day life.
Beam Organics sell supplements in the form of powders, capsules, and tinctures, with each product aiming to improve day-to-day wellness, such as supplements for sleep, calmness, energy, recovery, and hydration. The products are made from natural ingredients, with the recipes being curated by former professional athletes.
Whilst recent years have seen the development of communities using natural ingredients such as CBD to enhance their day-to-day wellness, consumers have had to do their own research to determine effective doses and acquire the products. Beam Organics, however, have taken a fresh perspective by utilizing the knowledge of former pro-athletes to curate accessible, natural, and ready-to-consume products focused on different areas of wellness. This expertise could help bring them to the forefront of this relatively young industry.
