Role
Who you are
- This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their piece, follows through with precision, and welcomes coaching as they grow their marketing career
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or events within B2B technology, or relevant transferable experience in a go-to-market or administrative role
- Experience supporting events on site and coordinating the details required for successful execution
- Comfort working in Salesforce and maintaining accurate data and records
- Familiarity with an event registration platform such as Splash or Bizzabo
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project coordination skills
- Clear, consistent communication and the ability to meet deadlines while working remotely
- Openness to coaching and direction, with a track record of applying feedback quickly
- Experience with smaller regional programs, trade shows, promotional vendors, or the DevOps space is a plus
What the job involves
- This role supports Honeycomb’s field marketing programs across event logistics, program operations, and potentially internal events
- You’ll work closely with regional field marketing managers, SDRs, field sales, and external partners to execute against established plans
- Execute event logistics and program operations against plans set by field marketing managers
- Build and maintain event landing pages, registration workflows, communications, and supporting materials
- Coordinate tasks and timelines across field marketing, SDRs, field sales, and external partners
- Keep event data, project records, and status updates accurate and up to date
- Support swag and promotional vendor coordination so materials arrive where and when they’re needed
- Provide reliable on-site execution support for regional programs, trade shows, and other events
- Ask clarifying questions early, identify potential gaps, and keep work moving toward deadlines
- Apply feedback quickly and build toward independently delivering logistics tasks without manager follow-up

Traditional processes of debugging apps and IT services are becoming obsolete due to the mass adoption of cloud-based tools. However, whilst cloud-based development presents a modern and unified solution to application building, frameworks for troubleshooting such services are not something all businesses are prepared for.
Honeycomb provides troubleshooting tools that allow cloud-based software developers to observe code on API tools, live applications and microservices. The troubleshooting dashboard is designed to be highly visual and user-friendly, allowing developers to diagnose cloud-based problems without having a deep understanding of computer science.
The company is building momentum after impressive revenue growth and a robust amount of funding. This is being channelled into geographical expansion and the development of its offerings. In 2025, Honeycomb signed a three-year strategic collaboration agreement with AWS and launched several new product advancements.
