- Thorough end to end understanding of how cryptocurrency and payments

- Strong commercial acumen with refined analytical abilities, sharp and independent
- An autonomous self-starter with a keen business sense, exemplary negotiation acumen, and strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all organizational levels, coupled with robust communication abilities, both verbally and in writing
- Proven network within the industry will be highly considered
- Proficient in Business English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in written and spoken form
What the job involves
- The Business Development, Director – Crypto/FX is responsible for the business development function of the Crypto and Forex verticals
- Everything from sourcing leads to closing deals and supporting with onboarding customers. From time to time, they will also be asked to inform product direction and selecting partner vendors
- They are the external face of the Crypto & Forex team and regularly attend industry events
- Responsible for the overall lead generation and pipeline for the Crypto & Forex verticals with support from the VP, Business Development
- New Lead Generation
- Account Management of existing customers
- Help inform product direction and offerings
- In person and online networking including travel to events
