What the job involves
- Grow the supply side of the business, including increasing the number of new verified locums on the platform
- Interact with locums in a friendly and helpful manner and maintain positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great locum experience
- Help place locums looking for work into roles by matching their skills and experience to the pharmacy and optician requirements
- Work collaboratively and strategically with the account team to increase the volume of locums in areas with high demand to fulfill short and long-term bookings
- Complete vetting checks for locums to ensure they are compliant before adding them to the platform
