Who you are

What the job involves
- As the Manager of Partner Accounts, you will lead and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers (Residential and Commercial) and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional partner experience across Omnidian’s nationwide network
- You will report to the Manager, Service Partner Network and work closely with cross-functional teams including Field Service Managers Managers, Procurement, and others.
- This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution, requiring strong Salesforce reporting skills, a deep understanding of both residential and commercial solar, and the ability to build scalable partner engagement strategies
- Team Leadership (40%)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Residential and Commercial PAMs and a Commercial Invoicing Specialist
- Establish consistent partner engagement strategies to strengthen network performance and satisfaction
- Monitor partner health metrics, SLAs, and performance trends to drive accountability
- Provide clear operational direction and support for scaling both residential and commercial programs
- Operational Excellence & Reporting (35%)
- Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce dashboards and reports to track team performance and partner KPIs
- Use data insights to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend strategic improvements
- Partner with Procurement and Director of Field Operations to ensure invoicing accuracy and timely issue resolution
- Define workflows and reporting cadences to improve visibility and decision-making
- Strategic Collaboration & Growth (25%)
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance partner lifecycle management
- Provide leadership input on partner capacity planning, strategic sourcing, and coverage expansion
- Represent PAM initiatives in leadership meetings, aligning team goals with company objectives
- Support organizational readiness for scaling operations and evolving partner programs
- We plan to have this role start in Q4 2025

As one of many options in the move to decarbonize our energy grid, solar power has shot up in popularity in recent years. However, one issue that may discourage investment in solar systems is the lack of post-purchase performance management and analytics options.
This is where Omnidian steps in, with solutions for solar owners and operators - as well as investors with solar portfolios - to monitor and service their systems for maximum performance and ROI. It also supplies a performance guarantee where Omnidian will cover the shortfall if a system generates less than 95% of its forecasted annual energy.
With its rather unique approach to the solar market, Omnidian has gained a lot of attention and investment thus far and has been steadily expanding its operations since founding in 2015. Funding in 2025 will support scaling core operations to meet growing demand, expanding further into markets such as Australia, and broadening its offering into adjacent areas including EV charging infrastructure and commercial energy storage.
