Senior Manager of Central Project Operations, Hinge Health

• Management experience: You have at least two years of experience leading teams of at least five people
• Results-oriented leadership: Have a track record of leading teams that consistently meet or exceed KPIs. You are able to measure the impact of your team
• Ability to influence: Influence change with stakeholders who do not report directly to you
• Ability to motivate and inspire: Successfully maintain a high level of motivation, can-do attitude, and positive culture in your teams
• Previous experience in standing up or working with governance models

Desirable

• The Sr Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) will lead a project management team within the Care Team Operations organization
• The PMO team will own and manage time-bound projects and tasks that are currently owned by Managers and/or Associates in Clinical Operations, Member Enrollment, and Technical & Member Support
• The Sr Manager will be responsible for a) providing leadership to a team of Care Team Ops Managers and Project Managers, b) own the governance structure for project and task work across Operations including prioritization, and c) partnering cross-functionally and within the Care Teams’ key stakeholders - and non-Ops stakeholders, when appropriate - to ensure there’s alignment and clear communications on project progress, challenges, and achievements
• The Sr Manager, Project Management Office will report to the Sr Director, Care Team Operations and will be based in San Francisco
• Finally, the candidate will help remove project oversight from Operations managers, allowing them to focus on managing their own teams
• Serve as the point person for project management within the Operations organization
• Design a governance model to manage projects and task management
• Dedicate approximately 15% of capacity to leading projects
• Create and maintain metrics to track project and task management
• Collaborate with team managers to ensure the leaders are aware of PMO work, and feedback from the leaders are integrated
• Prioritize projects, provide status updates to stakeholders, and implement projects on time
• Work with BizOps and the Innovation Team to avoid project overlap and appropriate use of resources
• Manage PMO teammates’ workload and maintain project assignments
